If you would like to contact Respina’s Customer Voice or Quality Assurance unit, you can now contact us using one of the following methods:

  • Complete the complaint registration form on this page.
  • Call the following numbers: 1599 – 91070000 -92000000 (extension 6 of the quality assurance unit)
  • Send an email to VOC@RESPINA.NET to express complaints.
  • Send an email to QA@RESPINA.NET to make suggestions.
  • Send fax to 88191083 and 92000000 (extension 8 fax)
  • Record a voice message by calling 92000000 or 1599 (extension 7 voicemail)

All complaints/suggestions raised will be reviewed and followed up by the Quality Assurance Unit, and our colleagues will inform you of the results as soon as possible.
